Fufu is a doughy/mushy pounded cassava with plantains or cocoyams in a mortar with a pestle and eaten with soup. Pounded yam is also a form that looks like fufudu but is made from yams and is as popular.
Our options are served with equal soup okra soup or vegetable soup.

Fufu gives you a similar flavour to mashed potatoes but in a wonderful dough consistency you use to scoop up the hearty soups (more like stews).

Egusi Soup: A nutty rich dish made from melon seeds thanks to the variety of meats and fish used there comes with a warm spicy taste. (2 on a scale 1-5) It is thickened with ground melon seeds, popular in West Africa, Key ingredients:
